We automate phone calls in three ways:

  1. Call at a pre-determined/scheduled time
  2. Deliver pre-programmed content in the phone call
  3. Deliver your automated system generated text messages to mobile or landline phones, as a voice call

Our system is clever enough to understand who you are, know what to say to you, ask questions, capture qualitative or quantitative answers, respond to what you say and interact with you on the phone, automatically.

Based on this technology, TeleMessenger has developed five applications:

  1. Aristotle (www.aristotle.co.nz): A personal mentoring service that automatically telephones a client at a time that they have chosen. It helps them set goals and receive motivational guidance and education on the phone. SantaCall (www.santacall.co.nz): A service where parents use the web to arrange for Santa to call their child and record what they want for Christmas. a recording of the child’s message is then sent to the parents as an audio email.   3. MediCall (www.medicall.co.nz): MediCall™ is a suite of applications for the Healthcare industry. The main applications are:
    • Appointment Reminders: Provides hospitals, GPs and specialists with an automated system that calls up patients and reminds them about their appointments. It also lets patients confirm or cancel their appointment in the call.
    • Medication Reminders: Reminds patients to take their medicine and provides them with an inspirational /educational message in the phone call. Can track and report patient compliance.
    • Appointment Prospecting: Provides Vets, Dentists and other healthcare providers with a way of reminding customers about forthcoming visits through a phone call and allows them to make an appointment in the call.
    • Medication Support: Provides patients with the moral support, guidance and discipline needed to stick to a medication program/treatment. Helps modify behaviour to enable patient to stay healthy in the long term. Useful as a support program for weight-loss, de-addiction medications.
    • Patient Monitoring: Calls up patients or elderly people living on their own to check up on them. If calls are missed, caregivers are alerted automatically.
  4. TellMe (www.tellme.co.nz): A telephone based marketing and messaging service for the Real Estate industry.  TellMe allows vendors to create a marketing message for potential buyers to listen to over the phone. TellMe also lets buyers leave messages for the vendors.
