All TMS products are built around the TeleMessenger Communication Platform (TCP). The TCP is a complete environment to develop, deliver and host voice and video applications. It delivers information and content intelligently across both telecommunication networks and the Internet.
The TCP is built on a 100% managed .NET code running on Microsoft server technology and consists of two interlinked subsystems:
Between the two subsystems, the TCP can record and publish in any communication format across any media – PSTN, WAP, GPRS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, RSS and Web services/APIs.
Being MS .NET Connected certified, the TCP enables web service integration and cross platform connectivity. Solutions developed using the TCP can therefore be easily plugged into existing products/services.
The TCP consists of a number of application building blocks that when linked together form an integrated solution from customer databases, phone, email through to the wider Internet. These building blocks along with the TCP’s open architecture enable us to rapidly develop and deploy solutions.
The TCP is designed from the ground up to be extremely flexible. Its open architecture also makes it future proof as it can adapt to and adopt new technologies easily.
The platform is highly scaleable and can handle multiple inbound and outbound applications at the same time. Thanks to its modular design, scale can be achieved by simply adding telephony and/or web servers to the platform.
